One-On-One and Small Group Sessions 

Are you interested in learning how to incorporate a more mindful approach to your life? Try a one-on-one session with me to take on life in new ways (such as mastering breathing techniques and positive mindset strategies)!

If you have a group of friends or colleagues interested in taking a workshop together, you can sign up for small group sessions. One-on-one and small group sessions are great for teens, too.
